Cheesy Bolognese

Yesterdays cheesy dinner, a bolognese with spicy cheeses and butterfried white cabbage. 

Here's how you make it:

1 onion
Butter (of course)
½ kilo of minced beef
1 beef stock cube
1 can of crushed tomatoes
3 table spoons of tomatoe paste
1 dl of cream
1 dl of red wine
Different cheeses of your taste, I used two different spicy ones with chili etc

Spices:
Salt,
Pepper,
Oregano,
Basil,
Mixed herbs,
Garlic salt and flakes
Chili powder

White cabbage slowly fried in butter to your taste, with a bit of salt.
