Hot n' Sweet ribs with buttered broccoli

I have never been a huge fan of ribs, because I don't like bbq sauce that much, and ribs that you buy in a restaurant are always drenched in bbq sauce.
Don't get me wrong, I love sauces, but not bbq sauce when its too sweet.

However, if you make your own, you can adjust this as you want, I the way I like it is; less sweet, more spicey, and with a touch of honey.

This bbq sauce was pretty much the same as I made once before, you can find the link to that post further down.
But instead of having it with baby carrots, we served it with lightly cooked broccoli with a big chunk of butter and some sea salt flakes on top, and coleslaw (again!)
