New summer favourite- Parma ham and nectarine salad with goat cheese

This salad was the best I had in a long time. The saltiness of the parma ham mixed with the sweetness of nectarines and green grapes, topped of with a sour vinegraitte made from olive oil, sea salt and balsamic vinegar, it all went perfect together.

This deliciousness was topped of with a creamy goat cheese! Extremely yummy!
