Why Low Carb High Fat?

Well, first of all, because that is how people are supposed to eat, and how we were eating for milliones of years before the 'new foods' like flour and sugar were introduced into our lives.
That by the way, was also around the same time that diabetes, dental problems, obesity and a lot of other illnesses were introduced.

Below are just a few reasons for why someone should replace all the sugar we eat with more healthy fats. By 'all the sugar' I mean bread, pasta, rice, fruits, juices, sodas and many other things.
