Perfect after a nice game of squash, and very tasty too!
For 3-4 portions you need:
1 Onion, chopped
10-15 chunks of frozen spinach
Butter
Water
2-3 dl of cream
1 dl of tasty cheese like cheddar or old dutch
1 packet of Parma ham
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne
Garlic salt
Garlic, dried
Vegetable stock cube
