Chicken legs with fruity salad

Another chicken dish, this time with a tastier part of the chicken -the leg. Very simple to make lots of, and it cooks itself in the oven. I bought a huge container of fresh chicken legs, threw them all in an oven tray, put the oven on 175 degrees, and mixed a marinade/glaze from what I had at home. I then cooked them for at least an hour, or until you can see that the meat is not pink anymore :)

The marinade was made from some honey, a lot of soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, sesame seeds and chili.

This was served with a tasty and fruity salad which cannot be considered really LCHF with the fruits (preferably you should consume foods with less than 5 grams of carbohydrates/100 grams) but it was very good, fresh and a lot better than having rice or potatoes with it! :)

I used mache salad, sugar snaps, nectarines, tomatoes and a small amount of onion chopped very small. Season this with sea salt, olive oil and white vinegar and you have yourself and very yummy salad!
